Tasty Tuesday : Quick and mostly healthy

I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for ways to make healthy, fast meals for my family. Since I’m scouring the web for recipes that fall under these terms, I figured I’d share them with you. I usually adapt the recipe to work for me in a crock pot when I can.

This was easy, fast, and so delicious! The prep took 30 minutes, and that's because of the marinade

. chicken was juicy and tender, the potatoes were soft without being mushy, and the asparagus was steamed to perfection.
