100 Days to Brave, I came , I read, I reviewed!

This year has been a time of self-reflection and self help and improvement books. Before this year, i'd drifted away from non-fiction books. Now, I am firmly in love with them once more. 100 Days to Brave was a devotional I stumbled onto at Target. (That store always gets me with its books!) The straight forward, humorous, and honest way , Downs presents each devotional creates a comfortable place to get real with yourself. Her journey inspired me to dig deep, look at myself, and make new goals.

I came out of this a better, more self-aware human being. for that reason alone, i'd count this as a must read.
